Our Range
We manufacture a comprehensive range of industrial flanges to meet diverse project requirements across global markets.
Long tapered hub connected to pipe by butt welding. The bore matches pipe ID, forming a smooth transition. The tapered hub relieves stress concentration under pressure, temperature and vibration load. It is the highest integrity flange type.
Plain flat ring without hub. Pipe is inserted into flange bore and fillet welded on both sides. Simple structure, low cost, easy fabrication. No stress relief hub, so weaker under bending and cyclic load.
With a short hub, pipe slips into flange bore and fillet welded inside & outside. Easier alignment than WN, lower cost. Strength is lower than weld neck flange; not ideal for heavy cyclic load.
Machined socket recess to receive pipe end, fillet welded externally. Normally reserved for small bore pipe (≤ NPS 2 / DN50). Smooth internal bore, good alignment. A small gap is reserved inside socket for thermal expansion.
With internal tapered thread (NPT/BSP), screwed onto threaded pipe. No welding required for connection. Thermal expansion may loosen thread joint.
Used together with a stub end. The flange ring itself is loose and not welded to pipe; only the stub end is butt-welded to pipe. The loose flange can rotate freely to adjust bolt holes during assembly.
Solid disc without central bore. It bolts to flange face to seal pipe end, nozzle or vessel opening. It bears full pipeline pressure, used for isolation and blanking.
A matched flange set (usually WN or SO base) with two pressure tapping holes. An orifice plate is clamped between the pair. Differential pressure from tapping holes is measured to calculate flow rate.
Integrated flange with different nominal sizes: flange face is one size, central bore reduces to a smaller pipe size. It combines flange + reducer into one component, saving a separate reducer fitting.
